Wir fahren am Freitag, den 03.06.05 nach Wroclav.
Folgende Zusteigepunkte sind möglich:

 Bitte rechtzeitig zum Zusteigepunkt anreisen, mindestens 30 Minuten vorher. Euer Fahrzeuge bitte im Vorfeld umfahren, damit ihr bei der Rückfahrt auf der richtigen Seite steht. Ausweis nicht vergessen. Sollte es kurzfristige Anfahrtsprobleme geben bitte bei Roland Köhler 0171/6286203 melden.

Venue

The Sport Hall “Orbita”  is perfectly suited for big sport events, with the possibility to use 3 tatamis.
It is surrounded by sufficient free car park spaces for all vi sitors.

How to reach the locality

  Wrocław is located approximately 130 kilometres from the Polish, Czech and German south – west border.
Therefore, it can be reached easily vi a Frankfurt Airport ,  by using a direct flight to Wroclaw .
Wroclaw has got direct flight connections with: Warsaw , Frankfurt , Munich and Copenhagen (more information http://www.airport.wroclaw.pl There are also possibilities to reach Wrocław vi a  train: Direct train connections from Prague , Berlin , Hamburg ; indirect through Warsaw or Katowice and with most European capital cities

Wroclaw is situated on the main Polish west – east motorway A4, and therefore it can be reached easily by car.

Bus transfer :

The bus transfer will be arranged between airport and hotel/hostel by the Polish Ju – Jitsu Association as part of the organisation, subject for each nation ha vi ng returned their reservation form.

Participants:

Only member countries which are up to date with the payment of their JJIF membership fees can take part in any of those events.

Participants to the Assembly:
Maximum two people per European country with only one (the National Delegate) with the right of vote, pro vi ded that their Federation is up to date with its financial obligations with JJIF.

Competition fees for the Championship :

200€ for each team (country)  – Fighting and Duo
The amount must be paid to the JJEU Treasurer on arrival.
Each nation can send only one Duo team and one Fighting team. The full fees are to be paid  even if the team does not have a fighter in all categories.

Judogi:

All competitors must have and use judogi according with the  JJEU  rules for  EC competition.

Advertising :

Please observe the reglement of the JJEU as far as advertising on the Judogi is concerned. Please note that during  the  championship  no back numbers on the Judogi are allowed unless specified by the organizer. Back numbers of pre vi ous tournaments must be removed from the Judogi.

Referees :

Each country should pro vi de at minimum 1 referee for 5 or less fighters, 2 till 9 fighters, and 3 above 10 fighters
200€ fees will be requested for not ha
vi ng the right number of referees
This rule doesn’t apply to new members during the first 3 years
Referees should attend the briefing meeting on Friday afternoon.

Antidoping Control  :

All members should make their competitors aware that there will be a doping control for several athletes in fighting or duo system.

Spectators :

Entry tickets cost 3, 4 or 5 € per day and per person. Spectators should call the Polish JU – Jitsu  Association before coming over to Wroclaw to make sure that they can get seats. Each participating country will receive 5 tickets free of charge

Liability;

Neither the organizers of the event , nor the Polish Ju - Jitsu Association (or any of its officials or members) will be liable or responsible for any personal injury nor for any loss or damage to any property arising out of participations  and travelling in connection with this championship.

Morning:                      Arrival of the delegations at hotel “ Wroclaw ”, control of the athletes; registration and accreditation of referees & officials, handing over of Jujitsu-gi for application of numbers on back, validation of the national anthem and flag.

Control of the facilities - by the JJEU Sport Coordinator, Referee Director and organising team

Afternoon:                   European Assembly / conference room in hotel  Wroclaw

Championship Organisation Meeting for national delegates and coaches / conference room in hotel  “Wroclaw’’ - JJEU Organising Committee  & Technical JJEU Directors

Medical meeting / Conference room in hotel  Wroclaw ” - Official doctor for the event

Meeting with referees / Conference room in hotel “ Wroclaw ” - JJEU Referee Director

Evening:                       Weighing of athletes, male and female, check of identity for Saturday   

competitors / conference room in hotel   Wroclaw ” – JJEU Sport Coordinator and Referee team

Dinner at the restaurant  in hotels where the participant are staying

                                                             Women : -55 kg;  –62 kg; 

                                                              Men : -69 kg;  –85 kg;  +94 kg;

                                   Fights for bronze medals and  finals.
